Changelog for v0.2025.07.07

This is a big update! 

We've changed the name of the game (from "Channel 455 to Hello World, I'm Sorry". We've added art (more coming soon!) from Will Wiggins, and we've made a number of new sections and revisions:

1. Revised cover image
2. Reorganized chapter one, and added examples both of skill checks and of different combinations of risk and difficulty in skillchecks.
3. Added content on safety tools.
4. Increased accessibility
5. Revised for clarity.
